Theodore G. Venetoulis (June 14, 1934 – October 6, 2021[1]) was an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party.
He ran for Governor of Maryland in 1978 but lost the Democratic primary election to Harry R. Hughes.
During that time span, he served as a television commentator and political analyst and anchored the award winning news magazine, Edition Eleven.
He wrote articles for the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Baltimore Sun.
He was a founding member, director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Columbia Bank.
