Major Teddy Indra Wijaya (born 14 April 1989), commonly known as Mayor Teddy, is a mid-ranking officer in the Indonesian Army who serves as the Cabinet Secretary of Indonesia in the Red White Cabinet under President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka since 21 October 2024.

Teddy was born Manado, North Sulawesi, to retired colonel Giyono dan Major Patris R.A.

He attended Taruna Nusantara High School in Magelang, graduating in 2007.

He was also active in the Drumband GSCL and represented the Army, Navy, and Air Force Academies as the sole representative at the 13th International Cadet Conference at the National Defence Academy of Japan in 2010.

He received the title of International Honor Graduate, Commandant's List Award, and Gold APFT from the United States Army Air Assault School in 2019.
