Their music is heavy on power chords and lyrics about sex, Satan, and why they are "the greatest band on Earth".

The band, plus Lee, then sing a song about their friendship, titled "Special Things", at open mic night.
This convinces the health department to pack up their equipment and leave, and after the cult leader gives the band a jug of wiper fluid, they make it to the road gig, where they perform the song "Jesus Ranch".
