Ahmad Hasan Khokhar was the first Pakistani to represent his country in a Grand Slam tournament, playing at Wimbledon in 1948.
Pakistan qualified for the Final of the Eastern Zone in 1984 by beating some of the strongest teams of the Asian Group: Malaysia in January 1984, Indonesia in March 1984 and Thailand in May 1984.

Gibran Khan played for the Pakistan Davis Cup Team and won the Pakistani Junior National Open as a teenager[5][6]
