Terence Noel O'Brien (23 December 1906 – 19 December 1982) was an English rower, born in Thanet, who competed for Great Britain in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In 1927, partnering Robert Nisbet, he won Silver Goblets at Henley Royal Regatta.
[2] At the 1930 British Empire Games he was a member of the English eight which won the gold medal.
