Teresa Canela Giménez (born 4 March 1959) is a Spanish chess player who holds the FIDE title of Woman International Master (WIM, 1987).

Canela has won the Catalonia Women's Chess Championships six times (in 1975, 1976, 1978, 1982, 1983, 1985) and took second place four times.

[1] In 1987, in Tuzla Teresa Canela Giménez participated in the Women's World Chess Championship Interzonal Tournament where she finished in 16th place.
