The Bolshaya Tereshka (Russian: Большая Терешка) or simply Tereshka is a river in the Ulyanovsk and Saratov oblasts of the Russian Federation, a right tributary of the Volga.

Ice on the Tereshka forms in November or December and thaws in March or April.
