Terry Mills (born October 12, 1950) is an American politician and a former Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives who represented District 24.
[1] Mills won a February 2010 Special election to fill the vacancy caused by the election of Representative Jimmy Higdon to the Kentucky Senate.
He served until he was defeated by Republican candidate Brandon Reed on November 8, 2016.
Mills earned his BS in business from Western Kentucky University.
