Terry Price (footballer)

He made his first-team debut just before his 19th birthday and scored against Portsmouth in the opening game of the 1964–65 season.

[3] Prior to joining Colchester, Price had a short trial with neighbours Ipswich Town, playing in a testimonial but featuring in no other competitive first-team action.

[4] He made his debut for the U's on 16 September 1967 in a 0–0 draw with Bury at Layer Road[5] and scored his first goal for the club in a 2–1 home win against Swindon Town one month later.

[8] He played his final game for the club on 21 April 1969 in a goalless draw with Halifax Town at Layer Road.

Price came back to Layer Road during 1993–94 in a coaching capacity for the youth team for a year.
