Terryville is a census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York, United States.

13.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Terryville is served primarily by the Brookhaven–Comsewogue Union Free School District.
