Teruyo Tanaka (田中 照代, Tanaka Teruyo) (born 24 May 1959) is a Paralympian athlete from Japan competing mainly in category T52 sprint events.
She competed in the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, United States.
There she won a silver medal in the women's 200 metres – T52 event, a silver medal in the women's 800 metres – T52 event and a silver medal in the women's 1500 metres – T52 event.
