Tesama Moogas (Hebrew: טסמה מוגס, born 2 February 1988) is an Ethiopian-born Israeli long-distance runner.
[2] Moogas competed in 10,000 metres at the 2010 European Athletics Championships, placing 20th with a time of 29:50.78 minutes, and at the 2012 European Athletics Championships, placing 18th with a time of 29:22.03 minutes.
[1] On the basis of his time, Moogas qualified to represent Israel at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
[4][2] In March 2016, Moogas placed 55th at the 2016 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships, in a time of 1:06.41.
[6] At the Florence Marathon in Italy in November 2019, he set his personal best with a time of 2:13:40.
