The Astronaut is an upcoming American science fiction horror film[1] written and directed by Jess Varley and starring Kate Mara, Gabriel Luna and Laurence Fishburne.
The film depicts an astronaut who believes an extraterrestrial entity has followed her back to Earth.
Rescued from the ocean, astronaut Sam Walker is placed under surveillance following her return from her first space mission amid fears an alien presence has returned from space with her.
