A manga adaptation illustrated by Ten Jūnoichi began serialization online on the Piccoma website and app in January 2022, with four tankōbon volumes released by SB Creative under their GA Comic imprint as of November 2024.

Written by Sakaku Hishikawa, The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows began serialization on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō on November 30, 2020.
