[12][13] Hampton Grange is the location of the former Hampton Grange Hospital which was built in 1918 and served as a military hospital under the name "Hampton Grange Auxiliary Hospital, Hereford" during the First World War.

The hospital has since been converted into a care home which maintains the name Hampton Grange.
