The Moo Man is a 2013 British documentary film, directed by Andy Heathcote, about an organic dairy farm in Sussex, England.
[3][4] The film focusses on a small dairy farm run by Steve Hook, which produces and sells raw, unpasteurised organic milk.
The film covers Steve's struggles to keep the 55-head-herd farm afloat in the face of the power of the supermarkets,[6] and shows his close relationship with his cows, especially Ida, a 12-year-old Friesian.
For a hand-to-mouth DIY film outfit like us, the £75 fee might at least fill the petrol tank.
"[9] The film was first screened for friends and family of those involved in its production at the Hailsham Pavilion Cinema on 30 September 2012.
