At 2019's Crunchyroll Expo, it was announced that the anime series would receive a second and third season.

[1] Masato Jinbo replaced Takao Abo as director, with the rest of the main staff members from the previous season returning and production by Kinema Citrus and DR Movie.

[2] During "Kadokawa Light Novel Expo 2020", it was revealed that the second season was originally set to premiere in October 2021,[3] but it was later delayed by 6 months.

[5] It ran for 13 episodes, adapting volumes 6 to 9 of the light novel series.

[7] On May 2, 2022, Crunchyroll announced the English dub for the second season would begin streaming on May 4.
