Theo Timmer (born 6 March 1949) is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from the Netherlands.

Jan Thiel and Martin Mijwaart were his teachers.

The engine marks he used were Jamathi, Kreidler, Bultaco, Casal and Morbidelli.
