Ssekikubo Theodore (born 20 August 1969) in Ssembabule, is a Ugandan politician.

He represents Lwemiyaga County, Sembabule District in the Parliament of Uganda.

At Law Development Centre, Kampala, he earned a Postgraduate diploma in Legal practice.

Before joining politics, he worked in the Ministry of Defence as an assistant secretary in the administrative office.

[4] On 10 January 2020, he was arrested for allegedly "inciting the public to move cattle in a quarantine area.
