Theodore von Eltz

Theodore von Eltz (born Julius Theodore von Eltz in New Haven, Connecticut[1]) (November 5, 1893 – October 6, 1964) was an American film actor, appearing in more than 200 films between 1915 and 1957.

[2] Von Eltz was a Yale University professor's son.

After 12 years at an eastern private boarding school, he served in France for eight months during World War I.

He followed his war experience with ventures into oil fields in Texas and on the stage in New York.
