Thomas Charles Thompson

Thomas Charles Thompson (18 February 1821 – 26 September 1892) was an English Liberal politician who sat in the House of Commons briefly in 1874 and from 1880 to 1885.

[3] Thompson stood for parliament unsuccessfully at Sunderland in 1868 and at City of Durham in 1871.

Thompson married Marianne Moore, daughter of Rev.

Richard Moore, rector of Lund, Lancashire, on 3 August 1854.
