Thomas Hugh Collins (4 March 1895 – 19 May 1964) was an English cricketer.
Collins made his debut in first-class cricket for Nottinghamshire against Leicestershire in the 1921 County Championship at Trent Bridge.

[1] Described by F. S. Ashley-Cooper as a "very promising left-arm fast-medium bowler with a splendid delivery" (though he also bowled slow left-arm orthodox),[3] Collins took 4 wickets at an average of 20.00, with best figures of 1 for 17.
