Thomas D. Winter

Thomas Daniel Winter (July 7, 1896 – November 7, 1951) was a U.S. Representative from Kansas.

Born in Columbus, Kansas, Winter attended the public and high schools.

During the First World War served as a private in the United States Army Air Service in 1918 and 1919.

He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1926 and commenced practice in Girard, Kansas.
