Thomas Frederick Davis (February 8, 1804 – December 2, 1871) was the fifth Episcopal Bishop of South Carolina.
His brother, George Davis was Attorney General of the Confederate States.
Davis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1822.
[2] In 1846, he moved to South Carolina to become rector of Grace Church in Camden.
[3] After secession, he aligned with the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Confederate States of America during the American Civil War.
