Thomas Francis "Tom" Finn (November 23, 1873 – January 5, 1938) was an American labor leader and politician who served four terms as Sheriff of San Francisco.
[1] He also served in the California State Assembly from 1903 to 1904, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors from 1904 to 1905, and the California State Senate from 1909 to 1917.
