Thomas Gibbs Gee

Thomas Gibbs Gee (December 9, 1925 – October 25, 1994) was a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Gee received a Bachelor of Science degree from United States Military Academy in 1946.

He was a lieutenant in the United States Army Air Corps in the aftermath of World War II, from 1946 to 1947, and then in the United States Air Force, from 1947 to 1950.

[1] On June 11, 1973, Gee was nominated by President Richard Nixon to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit vacated by Judge Joe McDonald Ingraham.

[1] Gee then returned to private practice in Houston until he died there, on October 25, 1994.
