Thomas H. Barnes (May 28, 1831 – June 4, 1913) was an American politician and physician from Virginia.
His father was a farmer, magistrate and member of the county court.
[1][2] Barnes served as a member of the board of visitors of the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
He was also a member of the board of visitors of the College of William & Mary.
[2] Barnes lived in Suffolk (then part of Nansemond County).
