Sir Thomas Wagstaffe Haycraft (5 October 1858 – 16 July 1936) was an English barrister of the British Colonial Service.
[1] In the latter role, he headed the Haycraft Commission of Inquiry which looked into the causes of the Jaffa Riots.
[2] Haycraft was born in Islington, London, the son of actuary John Berry Haycraft (1832–1862) and his wife, Mary Wyatt Candler.
He was educated at St. John's College, Oxford, and in 1885 was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple.
They had one son, Brigadier Thomas Wagstaffe Richard Haycraft.
