Thomas Lilburne (died 25 March 1665) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons in 1656 and 1659.
He fought in the Parliamentary army in the English Civil War.
[3] He was a major in the army of General Monck and was described as one of the persons instrumental in His Majesty's happy restoration.
[1] It is noted that Charles II made Lilburne a grant 'concerning Holme' as from Lady Day 1664.
[2] Lilburne died in 1665 and was buried at the church of Houghton-le-Spring, where he is commemorated on a plain blue slab.
