Thomas M. Connelly

Thomas M. Connelly Jr. (born June 1952) is an American business executive with a focus on chemical engineering.

[2] Connelly studied at Princeton University earning degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics in 1974.

He then attended the University of Cambridge as a Winston Churchill Scholar,[3] where he received a Ph.D. in chemical engineering.

He joined the company in 1977 as a research engineer at the DuPont Experimental Station in Wilmington, Delaware.

He then returned to Wilmington in 1999 and was named vice president and general manager of DuPont Fluoroproducts.
