Thomas Master (c. 1663 - 1710) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1685 to 1690.
Master was the son of Thomas Master of Cirencester Abbey and his wife Elizabeth Dyke, daughter of Sir Thomas Dyke of Horeham, Waldron, Sussex and was baptised on 4 June 1663.
He was a student of Christ Church, Oxford in 1680 and succeeded his father in the same year.
