Thomas Vien, PC QC (19 July 1881 – 18 November 1972) was a Canadian politician.
From 1922 to 1923, he served as chairman of the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee.
From 1936 to 1940, he served as chairman of the Standing Committee on Railways, Canals and Telegraph Lines.
From 1940 to 1942, he was the Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Committees of the Whole of the House of Commons.
In 1942, he was appointed to the Senate of Canada representing the senatorial division of De Lorimier, Quebec.
