The series originated on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in July 2020, before being published in print with illustrations by YukiKana by Ichijinsha beginning in December 2020.

Written by Satsuki Nakamura, the series began publication on the novel posting website Shōsetsuka ni Narō on July 15, 2020.

[6] A manga adaptation, illustrated by Ei Ohitsuji, began serialization in Ichijinsha's magazine Monthly Comic Zero Sum on December 28, 2020.
