Tilak Raj Behar

Tilak Raj Behar (Hindi: तिलक राज बेहड़, born 1 February 1957) is an Indian politician.

He currently serves as the MLA for the 67-Kichha Vidhan Sabha constituency in Uttarakhand.

Behar is a member of the Indian National Congress.

He has held positions such as Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Minister of Transport, Food and Civil Supplies in the Uttarakhand government, Chairman of Mandi Parishad of Uttarakhand, and Chairman of Uttarakhand State Seed and Organic Production Certification Agency.

Behar came to prominence through his handling of the Health Ministry in the state of Uttarakhand from 2002 to 2007 in the Narayan Dutt Tiwari Cabinet.
