Timber Lakes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Wasatch County, Utah, United States.

Timber Lakes is a private gated community in the mountains east of Heber City.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 289 people, 108 households, and 81 families residing in the CDP.

14.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 0.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 3.0% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 42.9% of those over 64.
