"Time Is Running Out" is a song by the English rock band Muse.

The song was released as the second single from the album on 8 September 2003 in the United Kingdom and other countries.

[5] The video, directed by John Hillcoat, depicts a number of military officials seated at a round table performing actions simultaneously, moving to the beat of the song, as Muse play the song on the table, with the officials apparently oblivious to Muse's presence.

It is partially based on Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb.
