[2] Suleymanov made his debut in the Russian Professional Football League for Kazanka Moscow on 17 July 2019 in a game against Kolomna.

[3] He made his Russian Premier League debut for Lokomotiv Moscow on 11 August 2019 in a game against Ural Yekaterinburg, as an 85th-minute substitute for Aleksei Miranchuk.

[9] On 1 March 2024, Lokomotiv made the transfer permanent and signed a contract with Suleymanov until June 2027, effective at the end of the season.
