The Tobacco Plains Indian Band (Ktunaxa: ʔakink̓umⱡasnuqⱡiʔit [2]) are a First Nation based in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia.

In the British Columbia Treaty Process They are part of the Ktunaxa Kinbasket Tribal Council.
