Tobias Svendsen Foss (born 25 May 1997 in Vingrom) is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Ineos Grenadiers.
[3] In July 2019, it was announced that Foss would join UCI WorldTeam Team Jumbo–Visma on a two-year contract from 2020.
[4] In August 2019, Foss became the first Norwegian to win the Tour de l'Avenir.
[5] In 2021 he won the National Championships in the road race and time trial and once again rode the Giro where he placed in the top 10.
In 2022, he won a shocking victory in the time trial at the UCI Road World Championships in Wollongong, beating out favorites including Stefan Küng, Remco Evenepoel and Filippo Ganna.
