The club is based in the town of Tocumwal located in the Riverina district of New South Wales.

Tocumwal FC was established way back in 1891 and played its first recorded match in 1893 against Cobram.

They then joined the newly established Federal District Football Association in 1897[2] and play there until 1902.

Tocumwal won the SRFA junior premiership in 1932, defeating Berrigan in the grand final.
