In 1969 moved to Shoreline and played for Lake City Blue Barons (coached by his dad Ray Crudo).
[1] Crudo signed with the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the North American Soccer League (NASL) in the fall of 1977.
In 1979, he played the first seven games of the season in Tampa Bay[2] before being traded to the California Surf in July.
His last game with the national team came on March 21, 1982, a victory over Trinidad and Tobago.
[4] Crudo continues to live in Washington where he is a special education teacher, the boys and girls soccer coach at Fife High School, and the Girls Sparta 99 coach.
