Topoli (village), Kharkiv Oblast

'Poplars') is a village in Kupiansk Raion, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine, near the border with Russia.

[4] A railway line runs north through the village and across the border to Urazovo in Russia.

Since June 24, 2017, there has been a border service point named after the town Topoli (border checkpoint) [uk], which was opened by Interior Minister Arsen Avakov and NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov.

There is a medical center, paramedic stations, and a network of retail outlets.
