Topsham /ˈtɒpsəm/ is a town in Orange County, Vermont, United States.
The Waits River flows through the western part of Topsham.
[4] The town is on top of the Waits River Formation, a Silurian-Devonian limestone.
There were 421 households, out of which 38.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.7% were couples living together and joined in either marriage or civil union, 7.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.0% were non-families.
16.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
