The racial makeup of the CDP was 94.45% White, 1.80% Black or African American, 0.21% Native American, 1.48% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.45% from other races, and 1.53% from two or more races.

There were 2,375 households, out of which 37.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.8% were married couples living together, 9.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.2% were non-families.

24.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
