Topton is a borough in Berks County, Pennsylvania, United States.

The ridge at the western edge of the borough separates it from the Schuylkill watershed.

2.2% of families and 3.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 1.9% of those under the age of 18 and 6.6% of those 65 and older.

Topton was formerly served by the Berks-Lehigh Regional Police who were disbanded December 31, 2012 at midnight.

As of January 1, 2020, the Fleetwood Police Department contracted to patrol the community for 40 hours a week.
