Torsten Sträter

Torsten Sträter (born 4 September 1966 in Dortmund) is a German Author, Comedian and Kabarettist.

Torsten Sträter was born in Dortmund in the district Eving (Brechten) as an illegitimate child in his grandmother's house.

He then did 15 months of basic military service in the Bundeswehr where he was stationed in Neustadt am Rübenberge.

[3] and then worked in mobile phone sales and for his mother and brother's shipping company.

[4] Especially in the mid-1990s, Torsten Sträter suffered from a depressive illness,[5][6] which he also dealt with in cabaret.
