Toshiyuki “Tosh” Seino (born October 1938) is an American former competitive judo athlete.
[1] After spending several years incarcerated in an internment camp at California's Tule Lake during World War II, he and his family moved to Japan.
[1] Seino won numerous judo competitions at both the national and international levels,[1] beating heavyweight Olympian George Harris, despite being a middleweight.
[3] Seino enlisted in the US Air Force in 1959 and served as a self defense instructor.
