[10] Making its debut at the January 2006 North American International Auto Show,[19] the XV40 Camry takes a sleeker shape compared to its predecessor.

A real-time dashboard screen shows power distribution and the operation of the hybrid system and the tachometer is replaced by an analog fuel economy readout.
