Travis Adrian Chapman (born June 5, 1978) is an American former professional baseball third baseman, who played one game in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies in 2003.

He pinch hit for Tomás Pérez in the seventh inning against Braves pitcher Jung Bong and flew out to right field.
In 1,771 career minor league at bats, he hit .286, with 41 home runs.
