Travis Howard Phelps (born July 25, 1977) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher.
He played in Major League Baseball from 2001-2004 for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Milwaukee Brewers.
Phelps made his major league debut with the then Tampa Bay Devil Rays on April 19, 2001, when he pitched two scoreless innings in the Rays 8–3 loss to the Boston Red Sox.
